Readers are encouraged to freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles published in the journal, for any lawful purpose, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers.

In line with the Jisc Open Policy, JAIMS allows authors to archive both the final peer-reviewed post-print (the accepted manuscript) and/or the publisher's version (PDF) of their article in institutional repositories or personal websites, without any embargo period.

Upon submission, authors must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement, which transfers the exclusive copyright of the manuscript to JAIMS. However, authors retain the right to reuse their work for academic presentations, institutional repositories, theses, and lectures, provided proper citation is given.

Plagiarism Policy

JAIMS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous plagiarism screening process using advanced software (e.g., Turnitin) to ensure academic integrity. Only manuscripts passing the plagiarism check, with an overall similarity index of less than 15% and no similarity exceeding 5% from a single source, will proceed to Double-Blind Peer Review.

JAIMS does not accept manuscripts generated wholly or partially using AI-assisted writing tools. Manuscripts failing the plagiarism check will be rejected.

By submitting to JAIMS, authors agree to comply with this policy.
