Article Processing Charges (APC)
As an Open Access journal, the Journal of Agentic Intelligence in Medical Sciences (JAIMS) requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) for all accepted manuscripts. This fee supports the costs associated with editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, and online publication.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. There are no additional charges, such as submission fees, page charges, or color figure charges.

Student Fee Waiver
JAIMS recognizes that students may face financial constraints and therefore offers a partial or full APC waiver for eligible student authors.
To apply for a waiver:
- The request must be submitted before manuscript submission.
- Proof of current enrollment in a recognized academic institution is required.
- Waivers are granted on a case-by-case basis, considering financial need and manuscript quality.
- Students should contact the editorial office with supporting documents prior to submission.
Payment Instructions
The APC must be paid only after acceptance of the manuscript. Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive official payment instructions.
